Glitterditch Approves
Fashion Graduates Lead The Pack
While the youth of London runs amok with the sharpest object they can lay their hands on (and it's clearly not their minds), we at Glitterditch feel it's our duty to distract you momentarily from the horrors of modern Britain with something fabulous.
For while certain elements of London's youth appear hell bent on terrorising the streets, other far brighter sparks are content to dominate the catwalks of Graduate Fashion Week instead. Established in 1991, this is the ultimate showcase for the design mavens of tomorrow. If you've got half an eye on what's hot and what's not, then you'll know the collections the students will be sending down the runway are a) sizzling and b) you need a slice of the action.
It's being held at Earls Court from Sunday 8 to Thursday 12 June and you can be in with a chance to win tickets if you go here. This was the career springboard for the likes of Stella McCartney and Julien MacDonald, so if you want the edgy fashion of tomorrow at a snip of the price then we suggest this is where you head pronto.
We also hear on the grapevine that screeching banshee Peaches Geldof will be making an appearance, but don't let that put you off.
Bring earplugs and you can enjoy the spectacle without the Geldof girl ruining your day.
